We won’t always have the time to get to the gym, so finding ways to get moving and work up a sweat while at home is important!

Here are a few moves you can do that will count towards you meeting your goals ?? Towel or mat, and a chair or bench is all you need ‼️

Bailey Knoles Outdoor/At Home workout:

Level- Intermediate / advanced 
1. Toe Touches – 30 reps
2. Accordions – 10 reps 
3. Lunges – 10 each Leg 
4. Jumping lunges- 10 each Leg 
5. Split Squat- 15 each leg 
6. Squats – 20 Reps 
**Repeat circuit 3x***
